Update on Missing Clan Operation Badges / XP

Hi,

As some of you have more than likely noticed, our clan is missing 14 badges / XP.

Our Elite Clan Page states:
16 Badges Earned / 30 Enlisted Operations


We should have 30 Badges Earned / 30 Enlisted Operations.

I have called Activision Customer Support (the phone support) and got this response:

" We will forward this information to Beachhead and you should get a response from them soon, or if they're busy with Elite content drops / etc. then the response will take a little longer. They will check your clan page and investigate and respond to your case with the appropriate action. "

Expect our clan level to rise, as I know for a fact our Elite group glitched previously as one operation awarded a Silver / Bronze badge at the same time. That is what probably glitched our elite clan group.

Also, he then stated that originally some operations didn't award badges for Top 100%. All of the operations in the beginning, we have badges for - which is clearly showcased in our clan showcase.

Doesn't make sense? We're getting justice!

I then proceeded to tell the agent how WE the USERS payed for this service, and expect it to work properly.

As Clan Founder and Technical Administrator, it is my job to make sure things run smoothly and function properly. This is what I am doing now. If it be I need to personally call Beachhead, I will. Thank you for understanding!

Sounds good! They should give us DOUBLE for making us wait and not getting it in the first place!

I don't think that'll happen lolz

but yeah i do expect some xp atleast.
